Engineer Job

We are seeking new engineers to join our expanding installation engineering team due to winning new projects and contracts across the UK. We are SSAIB and BAFE approved and have been growing consistently over the last few years.

We are looking for a number of individuals with fire and security experience, ideally with a level 3 qualification.  Experience in any of the disciplines is valued and a fire qualification is desirable.


  • £30,000 – £35,000 salary dependent on experience.
  • Normal hours – 40hrs – Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime available.
  • Call out – £150 standby per week.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Travel paid after 30 mins each way.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Service and maintenance of Fire alarms, Access Control, Intruder alarms, Nurse Call, Door Entry, CCTV etc.
  • Small works on the above systems.
  • Reporting to Head of operations.
  • Completing all paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Taking responsibility of your work load, stock and vehicle.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Ideally 2+ years working with Fire and Security industry.
  • Knowledge of British Standards and Health and Safety.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • CSCS or ECS card.
  • Manufacturer training desirable not essential.
  • Level 3 qualification desirable.
  • Can pass Security Screening.
